Recommended Series -

While improvement may be seen after a single treatment, a series of 3-6 sessions performed at 4-week intervals is recommended for optimal results and long-term skin regeneration.

‍ ‍ Treatment Guidelines

    • Discontinue using topicals that contain Retin-A, retinol, vitamin A, AHAs, BHAs, salicylic acid, and vitamin C.

    • Avoid anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs like Advil, Ibuprofen, Aspirin) as these can interfere with the inflammatory process necessary for results.

    • Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds.

    • If prone to cold sores, take antiviral medication starting 2 days prior to treatment and continue 3-5 days post treatment.

    • Avoid alcohol 24 hours prior.

    • Do not wash your face for the first 6 hours. Avoid all topicals for 24 hours.

    • Keep the area clean with a gentle cleanser and moisturizer. Use only gentle and hydrating products for the first 72 hours.

    • After 24 hours, resume SPF+ daily.

    • No swimming, saunas, excessive sweating (heavy exercise) for 72 hours.

    • Mild redness similar to a sunburn may occur for 24-48 hours post treatment.

    • Most clients can resume wearing makeup approximately 24 hours post treatment.

    • Treatments such as Botox are typically scheduled 1-2 weeks before or after microchanneling treatments.
